DUTIES
Oversee all sales employees ensuring proper customer service
Increase sales per customer
Make sure all employees follow procedures for sales floor
Delegating responsibilities on a day to day basis
Maintain appearance and ambience of sales floor
Rotate stock and get out new merchandise
Deal with customer relations both positive and negative
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Sales
Management
Camera and or photography skills
AMOUNT OF TRAINING/EXPERIENCE ACCEPTABLE
High School Completion
Minimum of 2 year degree
WORK DAYS
Our sales floor is open Monday through Saturday with
Sundays only from Thanksgiving through Christmas
The normal or average work week is five days, forty hours.
Saturdays are rotated.
PAY SCALE
Hourly wage is dependant on experience plus commission
on sales. Opportunities for more income through
corporate accounts also very possible
