DUTIES
Scheduling photo shoots, weddings, and events. Shooting (portraits, events,
weddings, product, many various subjects). Managing photographers,
workflow and inventory (Workflow of albums, orders, proofs, framing, etc.)

SALES
Getting customer excited about their pictures, also helping customers create
and preserve lasting memories
Establishing long term relationships with customers and their families.
Upsales and follow through after sale is completed.
Maintain ambience of studio, gallery, presentation room, and changing room
Create comfort between customer and studio photographer
Build new accounts
Promote

EXPERIENCE DESIRED
Portrait Photography
Wedding Photography
Management experience
Sales experience
Customer service

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Management of people in some way shape or form
Relavant sales experience.
People skills.

AMOUNT OF TRAINING/EXPERIENCE ACCEPTABLE
High School Completion
Minimum of 2 year degree

WORK DAYS
Our studio is open Monday through Saturday and Sundays are
minimal for outside shoots (weddings, events)
The normal or average work week is five days, forty hours

PAY SCALE
Hourly wage dependant on experience plus commission on sales and
jobs booked
